Manage Alerts

1. Select Tools > Alert Definitions. The Alerts window opens.

2. Click Add.

   

   Alert ID	Auto-populated with a unique number. Alert numbers are not reused after deletion.
   Alert Message	The full alert message, i.e. what is displayed in the patent record.
   Is Alert for Pregnancy	Select if this alert is to show on the pregnancy record to which it is added.
   Is Alert for Baby	Select if this alert is to show on the baby's record.
   Label to use when copying alert to Baby	Enter text if a different message is required for the same alert on the baby's record.

3. Click Save.

Deleted alerts are removed from any records to which they were applied.

1. Select Tools > Alert Definitions. The Alerts window opens.

2. Click to highlight an alert and click  Delete.
